Last year I had a dental procedure at another dentist that I ended up getting bacterial endocarditis from, which then gave me a stroke and put me in ICU and the hospital for 2 weeks. I knew I needed to get into a dentist to take better care of my teeth but I had rescheduled this appointment twice because I was so scared.
